A strict but transparent policy, to guarantee the villa is always ready for you, no surprises. Given this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
When confirming your reservation, a 50 % deposit of the total cost of the stay is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
For reservations made via Booking.com or any other platform, full payment of the stay is required in advance.
These reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Due to our strict cancellation policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Any request to modify your stay must be made no later than 30 days prior to your original arrival date.
Changes are subject to availability and current rates, and may result in additional fees. If we are unable to accommodate the modification, the cancellation policy will apply.
Arrival, between 4 PM and 8 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, please notify us in advance so we can organise your welcome. An additional fee may apply. No arrivals are possible after 11 PM.
Departure, between 8 AM and 11 AM. An additional fee may apply for any departure outside these hours.
